Is OMAD safe?+

OMAD is safe for most healthy adults if done correctly. Requires 4-8 weeks adaptation. Not recommended for: pregnant women, those with eating disorders, type 1 diabetics, or people on certain medications.

What to eat on OMAD?+

Your single meal should contain: 0.8-1g protein/lb bodyweight, healthy fats (30-35% calories), complex carbs. A large salad + protein + healthy fat + vegetables works well.

Will OMAD cause muscle loss?+

OMAD can preserve muscle if protein intake is sufficient (1.6-2.2g/kg). Resistance training 3-4x/week is strongly recommended to prevent muscle catabolism.
